Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
• Organize and monitor the prospecting and presentation of microfinance services to SMEs, SMIs, businessmen, individuals, associations, entrepreneurs, VSEs, bayam sellam;
• Create, develop and maintain the agency’s client portfolio;
• Implement the Establishment’s marketing and sales strategy;
• Ensure the coordination, supervision and management of the agency;
• Ensure daily monitoring and security of cash registers;
• Monitor and ensure that employees achieve their objectives;
• Ensure compliance with credit policy and procedures;
• Prepare credit files and analyze credit files;
• To hold and lead the credit committee of the agency under his/her responsibility;
• Ensure proper monitoring of loans and ensure loan recovery;
• Manage customer relationships and build customer loyalty;
• Prepare reports on the agency’s product portfolio and profitability;
• Define strategies for good credit monitoring to guarantee a good repayment rate;
• Follow up on customer follow-ups;
• Monitor the agency’s portfolio
• To supervise, manage, monitor, evaluate and motivate teams;
• Ensure the safety of property and people in the agency;
• Prepare the agency’s financial statements and activity report;
• Ensure the proper application of policies and procedures within the agency;
• Develop and implement the strategy for expanding its client portfolio;
• Achieve the agency’s quantitative and qualitative objectives that will be assigned to him/her monthly;
• Performs any other tasks assigned to him/her.
