Call for Applications: HR Administrative Agent (M/F)
We are looking for two (02)
experienced HR Administrative Agents (M/F), who have already worked in a staffing company
, to strengthen our team. If you are organized, rigorous and have an excellent knowledge of the administrative and contractual specificities related to this type of service provision, this opportunity is for you!!! Your Main Missions As an HR Administrative Agent, your responsibilities will include (non – exhaustive list): Administrative management of the staff provided: • Establishment and monitoring of employment contracts (CDD, CDI Interim, etc.) and amendments. o Management of hiring declarations and administrative formalities. • Monitoring of absences (sickness, paid leave, etc.) and pension files . 이 Creation and updating of personnel files. • Management of medical visits. Support for employees and clients: • Answer questions from seconded employees regarding their contract, pay, and rights. • Ensure the administrative link with client companies. • Transmit the information necessary for the preparation of invoices and pay slips. Regulatory monitoring: • Ensure compliance of administrative practices with current labor legislation, particularly those specific to secondment companies. Various administrative tasks: • Filing, archiving and maintenance of HR databases. • Drafting letters and certificates. Desired profile Training: Bac+2 minimum in management, HR, secretarial or equivalent. Essential experience: You have significant experience (minimum 2 years) as an HR administrative agent within a staff provision company (temporary work, salary portage, etc.). This experience is crucial to understand the specificities of this sector. Technical skills: Mastery of office tools (Office Pack, particularly Excel and Word). In-depth knowledge of labor law and applicable collective agreements. • Familiarity with payroll and/or HR management software is a plus. • Personal qualities: • Rigor, organization and attention to detail. • Autonomy and proactivity. • Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
