Position: 10 Customer Relationship Officers (Credit Analysts)
Place of employment: Our branches in the Centre, West, and Littoral regions
Missions
- Develop a client portfolio
- Monitor clients’ accounts
- Advise and build customer loyalty
- Achieve and even exceed objectives assigned by management
- Monitor loan repayments
Main Tasks
- Resource mobilization
- Development and monitoring of a client portfolio
- Analyze loan applications and ensure their implementation
- Present applications to the credit committee
- Formalize credit files and ensure their implementation
- Collect funds daily to ensure repayment of loans in the portfolio
- Ensure compliance with repayment schedules
- Prepare weekly reports on prospecting activities and repayment monitoring
- Draft loan agreements and secure guarantees
- Keep portfolio statistics up to date
- Draft client reminder letters
- Sell various products and services of FIGEC S.A.
Required Qualifications
PROFILE
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in management/finance
- Professional experience in the field is an asset
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of the Banking and/or Microfinance sector
- Availability, responsiveness, ability to work well under pressure, within tight deadlines, and on multiple tasks; rigor and perseverance required
- Comfortable with making contacts and communicating in French and English (spoken and written)
