PERMANENT CONTROLLERS
JOB TITLE: Permanent Controllers
LOCATION OF OPERATION: Across the entire Afriland First Bank Network
SUPERVISOR: Head of Department/Director of Permanent Control
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 10
MAIN MISSION
Design, Implementation of controls, Implementation and Evaluation of controls of all bank operations
Highlighting anomalies and malfunctions noted;
Analysis of the causes of malfunctions and development of corrective action plans
Monitoring the implementation of corrective plans:
Various assistance (Advice-Training-Evaluation):
Safeguarding the Bank’s assets:
Ensure the quality of the Bank’s accounting and financial information:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory texts, laws and procedures;
ACADEMIC LEVEL AND EXPERIENCE
Bac+5 in accounting, banking & finance, management sciences, mathematics, law, statistics and IT with or without professional experience
KNOW-HOW
• Working under pressure
• Managing risks
REQUIRED SKILLS
Good knowledge of IT tools
• Rapid analysis capacity
• Provide immediate solutions to problems
Provide innovations to improve its activity
