I. CONTEXT
GOOD NEIGHBORS CAMEROON (GNCMR) is a for-profit International Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under South Korean law present in the Republic of Cameroon since 2014 in the fields of development and humanitarian aid. (GNCMR) implements the above-mentioned project in the localities of Katoual, Mokolo, Tokombéré, Logone-Birni and Maroua 1st through funding from the Embassy of South Korea in Cameroon. This project aims to strengthen the productive capacity of small producers by supporting climate-resilient agricultural, pastoral and fishing practices, as well as improving post-harvest loss management and strengthening market access. For the purposes of its operations in the Far North Region, GNCMR is locally seeking 50 field surveyors experienced in field data collection. II
. EXPECTED SERVICES OF THE INVESTIGATOR

ii) Collect quantitative and qualitative data from target households and individuals using Kobocollect software
iii) Transmit the collected data to his direct supervisor (Field Officer) at the end of the day
iv) Report any anomalies or difficulties noted during the operation of this survey
v) Respect GNCMR’s policies and commitments regarding Accountability, Safeguarding and Security
III. CANDIDATE PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE
The candidate must hold a Baccalaureate (all series combined) and have a smartphone.
IV. REQUIRED SKILLS
– Have proven experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques (at least two data collections using Kobocollect, ODK or any other data collection software).
– Be fluent in French and at least one local language spoken in the intervention locations (Fulfuldé, Arabe Choa, Kotoko, Kanouri, Guiziga, Mafa, Moufou, Mada, Musgum; etc.)
NB: the candidate must choose their intervention location.
V. COMPOSITION OF THE FILE

VI. RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
The selection of candidates will be based on a study of files followed by an oral interview (possibly).
Successful candidates will attend a two-day training course before the start of the investigations.
