Job description:
The civil engineering technician prepares, plans and supervises the execution of work and the monitoring of
Sites entrusted to them: before the intervention, he participates in the reconnaissance of the site, the identification of risks, difficulties and the planning of the site. The agent selected for this position will be entrusted with the following missions:
– Carrying out studies of new projects, development and rehabilitation, feasibility, financial estimation
– Establish a technical file (land study, analysis of feasible sites, etc.)
– Prepare the work file (write supply requests)
– Creation of plans using AUTOCAD software
– Evaluate the needs for labor, equipment and materials for the work of different trades.
– Calculate the volume of hours necessary to carry out the work
– Propose technical options to be implemented
– Monitoring of works
– Receive the work and ensure the cleanliness of the premises at the end of the project

Skills and qualities:
The candidate must combine human and technical skills. He must :
– Know how to read and analyze plans
– Have technical knowledge of the execution of works
– Be able to carry out a price study
– Very good negotiation skills
– Know the health and safety regulations
– Use of drawing software, notably AUTOCAD
– Good interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork
– Autonomy, rigor and responsiveness loving work in the field
