As part of the strengthening of its legal team, the DJEMENI Yannick & Partners Law Firm is recruiting two Lawyers specialized in Business Law.
1- Profile sought:
-Required degree: Master 2 in Business Law
-Age: between 22 and 30 years old
2-Technical skills:
-Good command of community legal texts (OHADA, CEMAC)
-Excellent capacity for legal analysis and drafting.
-Proficiency in common IT tools (Office pack, legal software)
3-Additional assets:
-Knowledge of English is a definite advantage.
-A first experience (internship or job) in a law firm or company is desirable.
4-Personal qualities expected:
-Rigor and sense of confidentiality
-Autonomy, initiative and ability to work in a team
-Good ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
5- Working conditions:
-Position based within a growing firm.
