MAIN MISSIONS
MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER
• Define and supervise the budget preparation process in order to guarantee its consistency:
– Monitor the achievement of the objectives set by the General Management in order to enable it to make timely adjustments:
– Establish and comment on the monthly reporting in order to present to the General Management the level of achievement of the planned objectives:
• Ensure the rationalization of the company’s expenses with a view to improving the acquisition cost ratio:
• Periodically prepare prudential ratios for the Management Committee in order to draw the attention of the various members to the financial health of the company:
• Contribute to the resolution of dysfunctions observed in the organization by providing appropriate solutions in order to increase the efficiency of the Company:
• Prepare CIMA statements.
PROFILE
– Hold a BAC+4/5 in Management Control / Audit / Finance / Accounting or any other equivalent diploma:
• Have at least 03 years of experience in a similar position in an Insurance Company;
• Autonomous, rigorous, have a strong analytical capacity, have a strong organizational and teamwork capacity, diplomacy and loyalty.
• Interpersonal skills, discreet, sense of anticipation, adaptability, availability, patience, integrity and rigor, self-control, willingness to learn, dynamism, ability to work under pressure, ability to analyze and synthesize.
– Good command of the computer tool in Word and Excel.
• Good physical health, good presentation and ability to work under stress.
