TRANSACTIONS AND TERMINAL MONITORING
Location: Yaoundé – Cameroon
As part of strengthening our internal control system, we are looking for a
dynamic and experienced back office operating agent in charge of transactions and terminal monitoring
to strengthen our team.
Under the supervision of the Electronic Payment Manager, the Back Office Operating Agent will be responsible
for monitoring electronic transactions, managing and monitoring payment terminals,
as well as providing technical and operational support related to the institution’s electronic payment activities.
Responsibilities
Transaction management:
o Ensure the daily processing and control of electronic transactions;
o Ensure the monitoring and validation of electronic transactions.
o Handle customer complaints and transaction-related incidents.
o Check balances and perform accounting reconciliations.
Terminal monitoring:
o Supervise the proper functioning of terminals (POS, ATMs, etc.) and ensure their
availability.
o Identify, analyze and report anomalies or malfunctions observed in
electronic payment flows .
o Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions in conjunction with
service providers.
o Produce periodic reports on the status of terminals and
network performance.
o Participate in the testing, deployment and updates of
electronic payment equipment or solutions.
Support and compliance:
o Maintain transaction monitoring dashboards and prepare activity reports
(daily, weekly, monthly).
o Train and support agencies on the use of electronic payment tools.
o Apply security and anti-fraud procedures.
o Participate in the continuous improvement of electronic payment processes.
o Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes related to the management of
digital transactions.
Desired profile
Holder of a Bac+2/3 level diploma in IT, information systems, electronic banking,

Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in a banking or
microfinance environment;
Good knowledge of electronic payment solutions, electronic banking and
the terminal environment (POS, TPE, etc.);
Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word), electronic money management or supervision platforms
;
Rigor, analytical skills, responsiveness and ability to work under pressure;
Discretion, integrity and sense of internal customer service.
