🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective recruiting strategies to meet client hiring needs.
- Review, assess, and qualify incoming applications.
- Actively source and engage potential candidates through tailored recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights.
- Continuously refine and improve our internal recruitment processes for maximum efficiency.
🎓 Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter within the Fintech sector, with a solid record of successful placements.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Russian or another EU language is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and selection methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
