Your mission
: • Provide 5-star support via phone, email, and chat
• Answer questions (products, transactions, procedures)
• Resolve issues efficiently and empathetically
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex cases

Desired profile
: • Customer service experience (a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude
• Bilingual FR/EN (required)
• Bachelor’s degree/Business School (preferred)
• Comfortable with computers and office software
