THE BANK
Established in 1964, the African Development Bank is the premier pan-African development institution, promoting economic growth and social progress across the continent. It has 81 member countries, including 54 African countries (the regional member countries). The Bank’s development agenda aims to provide financial and technical support for transformative projects that will significantly reduce poverty through inclusive and sustainable economic growth. To better focus on the objectives of the Ten-Year Strategy (2023–2032) and achieve a greater development impact, the Bank has identified four key areas where it intends to intensify its interventions to accelerate results in Africa: (i) unlocking capital at scale, (ii) reforming Africa’s financial architecture, (iii) transforming the population boom into economic power, and (iv) building climate-resilient infrastructure that fosters value creation. The internship program is part of a broader talent management framework designed to facilitate the implementation of the Ten-Year Strategy.
Program participants are selected on a competitive basis, based on the Bank’s operational needs.
Objectives:
The overall objectives of the program are
to provide students with the opportunity to gain professional and practical experience within the African Development Bank and
to ensure the Bank has a pool of potential candidates for future recruitment.https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?gdpr=1&gdpr_consent=CQLlOMAQLlOMAEsACBENBZFoAP_gAEPgAARgINJD7C7FbSFCwH5zaLsAMAhHRsAAQoQAAASBAmABQAKQIAQCgkAQFASgBAACAAAAICRBIQIECAAAAUAAQAAAAAAEAAAAAAAIIAAAgAEAAAAIAAACAIAAEAAIAAAAEAAAmAgAAIIACAAAgAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAgCAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAQOhSD2F2K2kKFkPCmwXYAYBCujYAAhQgAAAkCBMACgAUgQAgFJIAgCIFAAAAAAAAAQEiCQAAQABAAAIACgAAAAAAIAAAAAAAQQAABAAIAAAAAAAAEAQAAIAAQAAAAIAABEhCAAQQAEAAAAAAAQAAAAAAAAAAABAAA&addtl_consent=2~70.89.93.108.122.149.196.236.259.311.313.323.358.415.442.449.486.494.495.540.574.609.864.981.1029.1048.1051.1095.1097.1126.1205.1276.1301.1365.1415.1449.1514.1570.1577.1598.1651.1716.1735.1753.1765.1870.1878.1889.1958.1960.2072.2253.2299.2373.2415.2506.2526.2531.2568.2571.2575.2624.2677.2778~dv.&client=ca-pub-8127528471213975&output=html&h=250&adk=3535737231&adf=319012167&pi=t.aa~a.4269927312~i.27~rp.1&w=307&fwrn=7&fwrnh=100&lmt=1762272913&rafmt=1&armr=3&sem=mc&pwprc=1921297977&ad_type=text_image&format=307×250&url=https%3A%2F%2Fcameroun.minajobs.net%2Femplois-stage-recrutement%2F38128%2F&fwr=0&pra=3&rh=256&rw=307&rpe=1&resp_fmts=3&sfro=1&wgl=1&aieuf=1&aicrs=1&fa=27&uach=WyJBbmRyb2lkIiwiMTQuMC4wIiwiIiwiU00tQTcyNUYiLCIxNDIuMC43NDQ0LjQ4IixudWxsLDEsbnVsbCwiIixbWyJDaHJvbWl1bSIsIjE0Mi4wLjc0NDQuNDgiXSxbIkdvb2dsZSBDaHJvbWUiLCIxNDIuMC43NDQ0LjQ4Il0sWyJOb3RfQSBCcmFuZCIsIjk5LjAuMC4wIl1dLDBd&abgtt=13&dt=1762272913246&bpp=8&bdt=1501&idt=-M&shv=r20251031&mjsv=m202510300101&ptt=9&saldr=aa&abxe=1&cookie=ID%3D3eba01f4ba88e049%3AT%3D1737431698%3ART%3D1762272651%3AS%3DALNI_MY0eQcWxxzPld0EGLZb6tMRFHao4Q&gpic=UID%3D00000fe6091306dc%3AT%3D1737431698%3ART%3D1762272651%3AS%3DALNI_MaIZ5czN9jOO86f9fJjCV6gtWwLuw&eo_id_str=ID%3D75656087c095788f%3AT%3D1760218727%3ART%3D1762272651%3AS%3DAA-AfjZ3xYDF7oNxb9yde3IlofjA&prev_fmts=337×280%2C0x0&nras=2&correlator=4226737151646&frm=20&pv=1&u_tz=120&u_his=1&u_h=915&u_w=412&u_ah=915&u_aw=412&u_cd=24&u_sd=2.625&dmc=4&adx=52&ady=2187&biw=411&bih=777&scr_x=0&scr_y=0&eid=31084127%2C31095564%2C31095608%2C95376583%2C31095557%2C42533293%2C95344789%2C95340252%2C95340254&oid=2&pvsid=2254049816435997&tmod=1104868300&uas=0&nvt=1&fc=384&brdim=0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C412%2C0%2C412%2C778%2C411%2C777&vis=1&rsz=%7C%7Cs%7C&abl=NS&fu=1152&bc=31&bz=1&td=1&tdf=2&psd=W251bGwsbnVsbCxudWxsLDNd&nt=1&bisch=0&blev=0.59&num_ads=1&ifi=5&uci=a!5&btvi=1&fsb=1&dtd=54
