We are recruiting a Head of Liquidity and Market Risk Management Division
. Main Missions:
– Ensure risk management, define and implement strategies to cover liquidity and market risks, optimize the interest margin, and ensure compliance with established limits.
Responsibilities
: – Risk Analysis and Assessment: Identify, assess, and map liquidity risks (ability to meet payments) and market risks (sensitivity to fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates, etc.);
– Monitoring and Reporting: Track key indicators, alert management in case of limit breaches, and prepare reports for the ALM and Risk Committees;
– Compliance and Regulatory Monitoring: Ensure compliance with current regulations (COBAC and Basel III), conduct regulatory, economic, and financial monitoring.
Required Profile:
– Bachelor’s degree (Bac +4 or 5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control/Audit; – Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector or in a similar position.
⚫ Required Skills and Qualities
– Expertise in financial products, financial markets, and cash management.
