The candidate must reside in Yaoundé and be able to travel by taxi from Yaoundé.Missions:Managing the Director’s diary, Submission of pro forma invoices and reporting within the deadline, In-person and telephone reception at the officeManaging the company’s scheduleReceiving, processing and transmitting informationAdministrative and accounting support (orders, invoices, file tracking)Document formattingCreating presentations and reports using PowerPoint and spreadsheets using ExcelOrganization and management of agendas: external appointments (clients, official partners and others, interviews, etc.) and internal (collaborators) or external (employees) appointments/work sessions.Desired profile for the position:Knowledge of French (spoken/written – advanced)Knowledge of English (would also be an asset)Being able to handle phone calls in a user-friendly mannerOversees the processing and tracking of customer ordersBeing able to use the company culture (verbally and non-verbally) to represent the latterHaving a very good command of the internet and social networksA minimum of a high school diploma and professional experience are required.Having a good command of computer tools, the internet and CRMsFile composition:- RESUME- Cover letter- Two good photos of the candidate- Floor plan of his home
