Job Description
Kalitas Group is looking for a qualified and rigorous Civil Engineer to ensure the design, monitoring and coordination of construction projects.
The successful candidate will be involved in the planning, execution and control of the work, ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines and budget.
Main missions
1. Design and technical studies
- Carry out technical studies (plans, calculation notes, measurements and quotes);
- Participate in the preparation of tender documents;
- To propose technical solutions adapted to the constraints of the field;
- Ensure compliance with the standards in force in the construction industry.
2. Monitoring and coordination of the work
- Supervise construction sites and coordinate technical teams;
- Check the quality of materials and the conformity of work carried out;
- Ensure adherence to the execution schedule;
- Prepare regular technical reports on the progress of the work.
3. Budgetary and administrative management
- Establish and monitor project budget forecasts;
- Control spending and optimize costs;
- Participate in site meetings and exchanges with partners;
- Ensure the monitoring of administrative and technical documents related to the projects.
4. Safety and compliance
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and environmental rules on construction sites;
- Identify potential risks and propose corrective measures;
- Ensure that the works comply with technical and regulatory standards.
5. Technical monitoring and innovation
- To monitor new construction techniques and materials;
- To propose innovative solutions to improve project performance;
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s working methods.

- Technical construction site equipment;
- Internal administrative and logistical support.
Desired profile
- Engineering degree in Civil Engineering;
- Desired professional experience in project management or in a design office;
- Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.);
- Rigour, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects;
- Leadership and ability to work in a team;
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
