The CTO is a key member of top management , responsible for the technological vision, the robustness of the platforms and IT operational excellence.
Main missions
The Chief Technology Officer ( CTO ) will have overall responsibility for the @PS technology ecosystem. In this role, they will be required to:
1. Governance & Technology Strategy
• Define and promote the group’s technological vision in line with the business strategy.
• Develop the technological roadmap (short, medium and long term).
• Ensure the scalability, resilience and performance of FinTech platforms.
• Guide architectural choices (microservices, event-driven, cloud, security).
• Ensure technological and regulatory monitoring (FinTech, security, cloud, data).
2. Management & leadership of IT teams
• Directly manage technical leads :
- Lead Backend (Java / Spring – 2 developers)
- Lead Frontend (Web & Mobile – 3 web developers, 1 mobile developer, 1 designer)
- Lead QA (1 QA tester)
- Network Engineer
- DBA
- CBS Engineer
o IT Helpdesk Team (2 agents)
• Structure the IT organization (roles, responsibilities, processes).
- Establish a culture of quality, responsibility, safety and performance .
- Supporting the skills development of teams (coaching, mentoring).
3. Software Architecture & Development
• Supervise the architectures:
o Microservices
REST APIs
o Batch processing (Spring Batch)
o Event streaming (Kafka)
Clean Code, SOLID, best practices
o Code reviews and internal standards
§ Validate the technical choices for backend, frontend and mobile.
§ Ensure consistency between the different application layers.
4. Infrastructure, cloud & DevOps
• Supervise all IT infrastructure, networks and cloud .
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance and scalability.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab).
• To provide guidance on the use of Docker and the orchestration of services.
· Implement robust SRE / DevOps practices.
5. Data & Databases
• Supervise the architecture and operation of databases (MongoDB, MySQL):
o Guarantee the integrity, availability and security of data.
o Define backup, restore and disaster recovery (DRP) strategies.
6. Security & Compliance
• To be responsible for software, infrastructure and application security .
• Manage authentication and authorization mechanisms (Keycloak).
• Implement FinTech security standards (OWASP, encryption, access).
• Supervise security audits and incident management.
• Actively contribute to compliance processes (e.g. ISO 27001, good regulatory practices) .
7. Supervision, monitoring & operation
• Supervise monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki):
o To ensure the stability of systems in production.
o Set up IT performance indicators (technical KPIs).
Desired profile
• Minimum of a 5-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems & Networks or equivalent.
• Proven experience of at least 8 to 12 years in IT, including:
• Several years in a technical lead, architect or CTO position .
o Solid experience in FinTech, banking or mission-critical environments .
o Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary technical teams.
o Strong culture of architecture, security and IT production.
