Required Profile:
Age: Between 21 and 35 years old.
Education level: Holder of a diploma equivalent to the BEPC (Brevet d’Études du Premier Cycle).
Required qualities:
Good moral character.
Willingness to serve.
Physical fitness. Full

Documents must be valid and dated within the last three (3) months:
A recruitment application stamped with a 2000 FCFA tax and municipal stamp.
Certified copies of the birth certificate, national identity card, and required diploma.
Proof of presentation of the original diploma.
A Cameroonian nationality certificate.
A criminal record certificate (Bulletin No. 3).
A medical certificate issued by a doctor at a public hospital.
Two (2) recent 4×4 photos.
Two information sheets certified by a competent authority.
Certified copies of the marriage certificate and children’s birth certificates (if applicable).

: Application deadline: Friday, May 8, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. (strict deadline).
Submission location: Incoming Mail Office of the Bertoua Urban Community, in an A4 envelope marked: “Application for recruitment to the Bertoua Urban Community Municipal Police.”
Post-selection steps: A background check will be conducted, and successful candidates will then undergo training at NASLA (National School of Local Administration) before being sworn in for deployment.
