JOB ACTIVITIES
§ Manage the tax-related aspects of the company’s entities;
§ Define, monitor and optimize the company’s tax policy;
§ Monitor compliance with tax procedures and deadlines;
§ Ensure documentary compliance and prepare tax returns;
§ Carry out routine tax (VAT, corporate tax, other taxes…) and social security declarations;
§ To ensure the management of taxes for local authorities (municipal and departmental);
§ Analyze tax and social security declarations monthly;
§ Carry out periodic tax and social security reviews;
§ Periodically review the tax analysis of tax accounts;
§ Participate in tax and social monitoring;
§ Participate in the management of tax audits;
§ Anticipate tax risks related to the processing of transactions;
§ Develop dashboards of indicators for taxes, duties and social security contributions;
§ Ensure the renewal of the importer code, CNPS update certificate and any other tax compliance document.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED SKILLS
– Academic level : Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in Taxation/Law, Accounting and Management.
– Professional experience : Between 03-04 years of experience in the tax field, in a company or firm with a good knowledge of accounting and legal rules.
– Knowledge of : Accounting and Finance.
Knowledge:
o Prepare and update tax documents;
o Set up a DSF;
o Calculate and declare taxes;
o Prepare and utilize a salary payroll statement;
o Develop a dashboard;
o Develop an action plan;
o Supervise several activities;
o Drafting administrative notes and correspondence;
o Assess tax risks;
o Interpret laws and regulations;
o Read, write and speak French correctly (being perfectly bilingual is an asset).
