Job Profile: COMPLIANCE ANALYST

Reporting to: Head of Compliance Department

Location: Compliance Department / Compliance, Permanent Control and Risk Management Directorate
Job Mission
II/The incumbent will be responsible for participating operationally in the deployment, monitoring and strengthening of the compliance framework within the Bank.
Main Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance:
• Conduct regulatory compliance checks;
• Contribute to the compliance analysis of new products and services;
• Participate in training, awareness and support activities for teams on regulatory requirements;
• Ensure regulatory monitoring, analyze applicable texts and contribute to their operational implementation within the Bank.
Financial Security:
Conduct controls related to customer due diligence and transaction monitoring; • Ensure the processing of requests and information inquiries from external parties.
Candidate Profile
1. Required Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (
Bac +4 or 5) in Banking, Law, Taxation, Auditing, Finance, or Economics.
2. Professional Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a control unit (Internal Audit, Permanent Control, Compliance, Risk Management) of a Financial Institution.
3. Knowledge:
– Sound knowledge and mastery of banking activities;
– Sound knowledge of the banking regulatory environment;
– Sound knowledge of money laundering techniques and current developments in the fight against financial crime;
4. Skills:
• Ability to analyze a situation, identify its causes, and propose solutions;
• Adaptability to changes; • Proficiency in computer tools;
• Proven experience in facilitating training sessions.
