Context & Opportunity:
As part of our team expansion, we are recruiting a Human Resources Officer. A key player in our organization, you will be the single point of contact for all HR matters and will actively contribute to the development of our human capital.
Responsibilities and duties:
• Manage employee administrative files (contracts, amendments, certificates);
• Monitor absences, leave, and time management;
• Ensure compliance with current social legislation in Cameroon (OHADA,
Labor Code);
• Prepare and submit variable payroll data to the
relevant service provider or agency;
• Draft and distribute job postings;
• Conduct pre-selection interviews and coordinate the recruitment process;
• Organize and lead onboarding programs for new employees;
• Identify training needs and contribute to the development of the
skills development plan;
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of annual performance reviews.
• Contribute to improving the social climate and quality of work life;
• Propose HR policies adapted to the size of the organization.
Required Profile and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (3-4 years of higher education) in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Management Sciences, or
equivalent;
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role;CEMAC
social regulations
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel) and ideally an HRIS;
• Ability to write clear and structured HR documents;
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics.Personal Qualities:
• Good listening, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills;
• Organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Autonomy and initiative in a human-sized environment;
• Good oral and written communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an asset.Other information:
