Missions and responsibilities:
• Assist in the administrative processing of company files;
• Manage the manager’s and/or colleagues’ schedules;
• Greet visitors, clients, and suppliers, direct them, take messages, and schedule
appointments;
• Sort, distribute, frank, and register mail and manage emails
;
• Draft and format documents, forward them, and file them;
• Handle the logistical organization of internal events: meetings, presentations ;
• Manage the loan of internal equipment: computers, telephones, badges;
• Organize and coordinate internal and external information, sometimes confidential, related to
the company’s operations;
• Handle telephone calls, emails, mail, filing, etc.;
• Receive customer requests, process them, or forward them internally.
Required Profile and Skills: • Associate’s degree
(BAC+2/BTS/DUT) in secretarial studies;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles;
• Good writing and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to read and write in English in a professional context.

• Position based in Douala, Cameroon;
