Implement the commercial and recovery strategies defined by the Management, with
a view to efficiency and performance;
Ensure the supervision and coordination of the overall operation of the agency in order to guarantee
good organization and a favorable working climate;
Set up, supervise and lead the sales force, ensuring the achievement of individual
and collective objectives;
Train, motivate and support employees, with a view to continuously improving
skills and performance;
Ensure active competitive intelligence (products, prices, promotions, etc.) and transmit
relevant information to the hierarchy and the teams concerned, for
rapid and appropriate decision-making;
Select risks based on the Company’s underwriting policy.
B/Profile sought:
Aged 45 years maximum;
Bac +2 (minimum) in Insurance, Commercial Management or any related discipline;
Significant experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in a similar position, ideally in the
insurance sector;
Good knowledge of the insurance market and competitive intelligence mechanisms;
Excellent managerial skills;
Organizational sense and strong results orientation;
Ability to unite a team and carry out ambitious commercial actions;
Mastery of office and reporting tools;
Open-mindedness;
Strong adaptability;
