YOUR MISSION
Under the supervision of the General Management, you will be responsible for the performance and management of the branch. Your priorities:
* Business Development: Prospecting and customer loyalty.
* Operational Management: Supervision of the cash register, account openings, and accounting closings.
* Credit & Risk: File preparation, risk assessment, and debt collection.
* Management: Supervising, motivating, and monitoring your teams.
REQUIRED PROFILE
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Management, Finance).
* Expertise: Excellent knowledge of the microfinance sector in Cameroon.
* Skills: Proficiency in personnel management and fluency in French and English.
* Key advantage: Currently residing in Yaoundé.
