CALL FOR APPLICATIONS No. 002-2026 /AC/MINJEC/CAB OF 29 JAN 2026 For the selection of two hundred and eighty (280) Mission Volunteers, for the 2026 fiscal year.
1. CONTEXT AND JUSTIFICATION
Within the framework of the implementation of the missions entrusted to the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education (MINJEC) in the area of ​​Volunteer Promotion and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2021/015 of 09 July 2021 on the Organization and Promotion of Volunteering in Cameroon, the mobilization and deployment of Volunteers within national educational structures, both formal and informal, is envisaged, with a view to carrying out activities of general interest in various fields of activity.
It should be noted that this initiative follows the survey of opportunities and needs for Mission Volunteers conducted with the Youth Support and Guidance Structures under the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education (MINJEC), as well as by the Operational Technical Units, based on the specific realities of each entity.
Hence this Call for Applications, launched to select and deploy two hundred and eighty (280) Mission Volunteers to the Central Services and Youth Training and Guidance Structures under MINJEC, which have expressed a need for Volunteers, for the 2026 fiscal year.
11. PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
This Call for Applications aims to recruit and deploy two hundred and eighty (280) Mission Volunteers to the Central Services and within the Youth Support and Training Structures under MINJEC, to carry out activities of general interest in various fields.
III. MISSIONS OF THE VOLUNTEER:
Once recruited, the Mission Volunteer’s primary mission will be to carry out an activity of general interest or to provide supervision and training to young learners within the designated Host Structures, namely the Multifunctional Youth Promotion Centers (CMPJ) and the MINJEC’s Operational Technical Units, according to their area of ​​expertise.

In this capacity, they will be specifically responsible for:
delivering theoretical and practical courses to learners, according to the relevant areas of expertise;
supervising members in accordance with professional ethics and standards; supporting young people in acquiring civic and moral values;
and carrying out activities of general interest according to the needs of the Host Structure.to share his experiences with young members in order to develop their know-how and skills.

V. REQUIREMENTS
To be a Mission Volunteer, the applicant must meet the
following conditions:
be of Cameroonian nationality;
be at least 18 years old;
enjoy full civil rights;
be
of good moral character;
be available to complete the mission;
ensure regular attendance at the host organization;
have expertise in the chosen field;
and submit supporting documents for the chosen profile.
VI. SUPPORT FOR THE MISSION VOLUNTEER
For the completion of their missions, the Volunteer will receive a fixed monthly allowance during the period defined in their Volunteer Contract.
Furthermore, at the end of the mission, the Volunteer will receive a Certificate of Completion of Volunteering after submitting the mission report.
VII. APPLICATION FILE COMPOSITION
The application file must include the following documents: a 4×4 photo;
an application form to be obtained from the National Coordination of the National Volunteer Program (PNV) or from the Regional, Departmental and District Delegations of Youth and Civic Education and duly completed by the applicant;
a handwritten application addressed to the Minister of Youth and Civic Education;
a photocopy of the National Identity Card or the valid receipt if applicable;
a photocopy of the Biometric Youth Card (CJB) or, if applicable, a photocopy of the CJB application for candidates aged 18 to 35; a curriculum vitae (CV);
supporting documents for the qualifications listed in the CV;
an A4 envelope bearing the candidate’s name and contact information.

VIII. ON THE ADMISSIBILITY OF APPLICATIONS
Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope, in hard copy, no later than February 13, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. ( strict deadline), to the MINJEC mail service, to the MINJEC Regional, Departmental, and District Delegations, to the CMPJ, or to the National Coordination and Regional Offices of the PNV.
The envelope must bear the following inscription: “FOR THE SELECTION OF TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY (280) MISSION VOLUNTEERS FOR THE 2026 FIRACY.”
The applications received will then be forwarded by the relevant MINJEC departments to the territorially competent PNV Regional Focal Points for processing.
IX. PROCEDURES FOR SELECTING MISSION VOLUNTEERS
Applications received will be reviewed by a team established for this purpose. Selection will be carried out in accordance with the quotas allocated to each organization and region.
Following this process, successful candidates will be notified by posting and/or electronically.
