Position: Cashier/Checkout Agent.
Location: Yaoundé – Cameroon.
⚫ Your main responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you play a key role in the quality of their experience. Your main responsibilities will be:
– Welcoming and Advising: Providing a warm welcome and information on financial products and services
– Cash Operations: Accurately managing and recording financial transactions
– Control and Security: Ensuring the accuracy of transactions and the secure management of cash and valuables
– Administrative Management: Ensuring the documentation and recording of operations
• Education and Experience:
– Bac+2 level diploma in financial management, accounting or a related field (an asset): –
1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the banking or microfinance sector
Technical Skills:
– Good command of banking software (Amplitude):
– Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word)
Personal Qualities:
– Rigor, analytical skills and responsiveness
– Ability to work under pressure:
– Excellent presentation, politeness and courtesy:
– Honesty, discretion, integrity and a strong sense of customer service.
