We’re hiring a Community Manager to strengthen our startup dedicated to social and climate transitions.
Position based in Yaoundé.
Ukuzola is the first startup house in Central Africa, a solidarity coliving where young, impactful entrepreneurs live, work, and change the world together.
Our conviction? In 2050, there will not be 250 million climate refugees, but 250 million partners to adapt together.
– What we are looking for:
A human, empathetic, structured person, capable of bringing a community to life, resolving tensions tactfully, and creating memorable experiences for our residents.
A profile with a sensitivity for the humanities, international relations, digital communication, marketing, sustainable development, 3 to 5 years of experience (volunteering and internships included), and a true commitment to social and environmental causes.
