As part of its growth, our client an innovative player in the Ag-Tech sector is recruiting a  Country Manager  to lead and scale its operations in Cameroon. This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact project that combines innovation, agriculture, and rural development. Posted based at Yaounde with mobility at Ntui.  Your key responsibilities: – Supporting business expansion and operations scaling  – Drafting and reviewing contracts (HR, customer, and loan agreements)  – Overseeing loan declarations and compliance topics  – Acting as a liaison between local operations and the international team  – Leading and managing Company’s activities in Cameroon








Profile Require:  Education:  MBA in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, International Business equivalence Experience : Min 7 years of professional experience in an operational leadership role preferably in an agro-industrial sector. Nationality: Cameroonian Languages: Balingual (English & French)Location: Yaounde, with mobility at Ntui Location: Based in Yaoundé, with readiness to regularly travel to N’tui Hard skills: 




 

  • A strong background in economics or business management 
  • Proven experience scaling businesses in emerging markets 
  • Solid understanding of Cameroonian tax, labor, and contract law 
  • A structured communicator who can bridge legal, operational, and strategic topics
