CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Previous customer service experience, especially in a call center or similar environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology.
Fluent in English and French.
