At the heart of this human endeavor, our Managing Director guides our vision and
growth. To support him in this essential role, we are seeking an Executive Assistant
who will be much more than just an administrative support: a true pillar of trust.
Your mission: To be the right-hand person to our Managing Director.
Your role will be crucial. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring the smooth
operation of the General Management and contributing to the efficiency of the entire team.
Your main responsibilities:
• Scheduling & Organization: You proactively manage
the CEO’s very busy schedule (planning appointments, meetings, and travel).
• Communication & Relations: You are the CEO’s first point of contact (internal and external)
. You provide a warm welcome and handle communications with
discretion and professionalism. You screen phone calls and manage
priorities.
• Operational Support: You prepare files, presentations, and reports,
assist the CEO during strategic meetings, and ensure rigorous follow-up on
decisions made.
• Administrative Management: You ensure the organization and traceability of
important documents while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
• Management of the General Management’s Petty Cash: You guarantee the
rigorous operational and administrative management of the General Management’s petty cash.
Desired Profile:
We are looking for a proactive, discreet individual with excellent
interpersonal and written communication skills.
• You have 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar
executive assistant role, ideally within a financial institution or
demanding environment.
• Experience working closely with a CEO or a
member of the management team is a major asset.

 You have proven experience as an executive assistant
 You are extremely organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize tasks calmly, even during periods of intense activity
 Your Excellent writing skills and proficiency in
Microsoft Office are essential
. Your discretion and sense of confidentiality are
crucial qualities for this position
. Fluency in French is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
