MAIN MISSIONS
– Implement the Institution’s digital roadmap by aligning business objectives and building on trends in the microfinance sector; Lead the launch of new digital services via related platforms (e-banking, mobile applications, online customer relationship management tools, etc.); Continuously improve the user experience across all digital channels to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Implement the online communication plan and manage the brand image online in collaboration with the marketing team;
Identify emerging technologies (Fintech, AI) and propose innovative solutions to support the transformation of banking operations;
Monitor key performance indicators (adoption rate, engagement, conversion) and optimize digital investments;
Manage incidents through rapid resolution and the implementation of corrective actions;
Ensure first-level control of activities in accordance with the Institution’s procedures;
Collaborate closely with the Operations Department teams in the context
of digital business development.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Age/Gender: not required;
Degree/Level Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networks and
Telecommunications, or any other equivalent degree;
• Skills/Experience:
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a financial institution or software publisher;
– Good knowledge of banking software;
– Good understanding of risk parameters related to the management field.
