Europe Afrique Services (EAS), a company specializing in human resources management
, is recruiting for its client, a large
wine and spirits import and marketing company, an
IT Agent for a fixed-term contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT Agent handles IT solution needs (hardware, software, and
networks). To this end, he constantly ensures the efficiency of the IT equipment, the continuity of network and system service, as well as compliance with user license acquisitions. He contributes to defining the type of equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the structure, and in what quantity. To do this, he identifies the needs expressed by users and highlights them with his own knowledge. He must install the IT equipment according to a precise budget. He is also responsible for monitoring several cost centers (vehicle fleet, IT equipment) as well as commercial analyses, inventory analyses with the publication of the related dashboards.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS IT Solutions Management: • Manage the company ‘s purchases of hardware and IT equipment • Administer and monitor the various networks and the server • Ensure data security • Supervise, administer and troubleshoot IT equipment at the various sites • Provide IT maintenance (hardware and software) • Coach staff in the use of the hardware and system • Manage the telephone fleet • Manage the Internet and VPN network • Monitor invoices related to the needs of the IT and office equipment. • Monitor the costs of the telephone fleet and the IT equipment as a whole • Distribute and display daily and weekly business performance • Avoid obsolescence of hardware and software given the highly innovative nature of this sector Costs: • Accomplish all missions within the limits of the allocated budget. Management: • Comply with the internal regulations in force in the company. QHSE: • Apply safety instructions relating to equipment and people; as well as those relating to hygiene and the environment; • Carry out any other mission necessary for the service, and entrusted to it by the manager.
EXPERIENCES AND REQUIREMENTS
• Level of experience: minimum 02 years of experience, in companies
with established know-how.
• Excellent technological culture;
• Perfect mastery of the IT field;
• Knowledge of the procedures applied by the company in the field of
management of the company’s assets; • Knowledge of different computer languages, operating
systems and the use of software necessary for the operation of the company (MICROSOFT OFFICE, STARLINK, SAGE SAARI, VPN, etc.); • Knowledge of server administration and management (WINDOWS, Linux, ESXI) • Knowledge of databases under SQL Server • Mastery of the constraints and imperatives of a network and system architecture LEVEL OF EDUCATION • Bac+3 minimum in networks and telecommunications LANGUAGES AND OTHERS • French: fluent • English: professional TYPE OF CONTRACT CDD APPLICATION DEADLINE 07/28/2025
