As part of the strengthening of its IT team, ISAS SARL is looking for an IT Specialist with solid experience in the implementation, customization and management of the Odoo ERP version 18, as well as proven skills in programming and website management.
Under the direct supervision of the general management ; he/she will have to carry out the following missions and responsibilities:
· Administer and maintain the Odoo 18 ERP.
· Participate in the implementation, configuration and customization of Odoo modules.
· Provide technical and functional support to users.
· Develop specific modules and ensure integration with other business applications.
· Manage platform updates, fixes and developments.
· Design, develop, maintain and optimize the company’s website (ergonomics, performance, security, SEO).
· Integrate the website with the ERP and business tools.
· Ensure the security, backup and availability of the information system.
· Train and support users on the optimal use of IT tools.
· Collaborate with the various departments to identify needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
Profile and Requirement:
· Bacc +3 diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the IT field, including significant experience with Odoo (ideally version 18).
· Excellent mastery of standard Odoo modules (accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, HR, etc.).
· Proven skills in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks – e.g. Vue.js, React, or Angular).
· Good command of Python, XML, PostgreSQL and REST/SOAP API.
· Knowledge of CMS (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and/or back-end frameworks (Django, Flask, Laravel, etc.) is an asset.
· Good understanding of server environments (Linux, Nginx, Docker, etc.).
· Analytical mind, autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
· Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills and team spirit.
Contract duration : Permanent contract If trial successful.
Location : Douala Bonaberi Garage Weno
