We are recruiting a Video Journalist (VJ).

We are looking for a Video Journalist based in Douala, Cameroon, to produce video reports, particularly focusing on entrepreneurs and economic players.

Your responsibilities:
* Identify and propose relevant story topics
* Film content adapted to digital formats (interviews, reports, short videos, etc.)
* Perform basic pre-editing (reviewing footage, selecting key sequences) to be sent to the editing team
* Work collaboratively with the editorial team and editors to produce impactful and up-to-date content
Desired profile:
* Experience in video shooting
* Ability to perform basic pre-editing to facilitate the editor’s work
* Creativity, responsiveness, and a good understanding of social media formats and trends
