Main missions
Prepare and deliver theoretical and practical courses related to the specialty.
Develop teaching materials (sheets, handouts, presentations, tutorials). Design and implement practical work, workshops and professional projects. Evaluate learners (continuous assessments, exams, professional scenarios). Supervise and motivate learners to promote their success and professional integration. Develop transversal skills (discipline, team spirit, autonomy, professionalism). Participate in the orientation and monitoring of company internships. Participate in the development and updating of training references. Ensure educational management: preparation of schedules, monitoring of attendance, writing of reports. Contribute to educational councils, team meetings and continuing education. Stay informed of technical, technological and pedagogical developments in the profession. Suggest improvements in teaching programs and methods. Integrate the use of digital tools and modern training methods.
