Profile:
⚫ Male and female,
• Minimum Bac+3 in Marketing, Sales and any other similar field
• Professional experience 03 years in a similar position in the agro-industry
Knowledge:
⚫ Knowledge of sales and commercial negotiation techniques;
⚫ Knowledge of customer account management principles and performance monitoring; ⚫ Knowledge of market trends in the agri-food industry and competitive practices.
Know-how:
• Prospect and recruit new customers;
– Manage, train, lead and motivate teams;
• Conduct a negotiation;
• Monitor customer performance.
