IntelHRC is seeking an Operations Manager to shape and drive the operational success of our organization. This critical role ensures seamless operations across HR, compliance, and central services while creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-centricity. 

About the Role: Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Operations Manager will oversee multiple operational departments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. The role involves spearheading strategic initiatives, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that support innovation, growth, and organizational sustainability. • Operational Excellence: Streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage leaders in client service, people management, and compliance. • Client-Centric Operations: Ensure exceptional service delivery by monitoring performance and addressing client needs proactively. • Compliance and Risk Management: Establish robust frameworks to manage risks and meet regulatory requirements. • Financial Stewardship: Collaborate with the CFO to optimize budgets and achieve financial targets. What We’re Looking For: We are looking for a dynamic individual with: • Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to inspire, lead, and manage cross-functional teams. • Strategic Vision: A track record of aligning operational plans with long-term business goals. • Operational Expertise: Strong experience in process improvement, service delivery, and compliance management. • Client Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation. • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to

Qualifications and Experience:
• Extensive experience in operational leadership roles, preferably within multinational or
complex organizational settings.
• Proven experience as a consultant in designing and implementing, operational efficient
processes and tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing compliance, risk, and HR operations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
