APAVE Cameroon is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for one of its clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (
Bac+3) to Master’s degree (Bac+5), a professional degree in payroll management or a Master’s degree in HR/Accounting.
Professional Experience: 5 to 10 years in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of basic payroll principles;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Proficiency in payroll software (Sage, Ciel, etc.);
Familiarity with certain accounting accounts;
Understanding of the role and operation of social security institutions and organizations;
Social Security Law;
Familiarity with personnel management regulations;
Familiarity with social legislation and legal constraints regarding compensation.
