MISSIONS:
Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, the Accountant in charge of recovery will have the following main missions :
– Monitor and analyze the company’s customer portfolio
– Propose a recovery method (amicable or legal) to the hierarchy for each file
– Agree on repayment terms with debtors
– Draft the memoranda of understanding to be submitted for validation by his/her hierarchy
– Monitor the proper execution of current reimbursement agreement protocols
– Ensure monitoring of the follow-up of procedures relating to the files in its portfolio (reports, requested due diligence, etc.)
– Initiate letters of summons, information, reminders, formal notices and reminders to clients in dispute
– Respond promptly to all other customer requests in its portfolio
RESEARCH PROFILE
– Minimum of a BTS in Accounting with a G2 Baccalaureate as a basis
– Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Technical skills / Professional abilities:
– Mastery of SYSOHADA accounting standards, OHADA debt recovery procedures and enforcement procedures
– Solid knowledge of general accounting, analytical accounting, taxation, and financial management.
– Able to work in the field, in a team or independently and under pressure
– Good command of accounting software (SAP, Sage, Data central, etc.) and office tools.
