Position: Agency Managers
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Good knowledge of banking operations, sales techniques, and
• Resolving customer complaints; •
Managing branch teams (supervising, coordinating, motivating) to achieve results
; • Assisting and supporting clients in defining and achieving their objectives and carrying out their projects;
• Participating in the amicable recovery of overdue debts; •
Prospecting and selecting clients in different market segments;
• Promoting all products offered by the company; • Developing
a portfolio of healthy loans with a PER (Participation in Refunds) of less than 5.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing, Sales Negotiation, Economics, Law, or any equivalent degree); •
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Have knowledge of the banking or microfinance environment;
• Have knowledge of office software (Word, Excel) and other management software.
• Have a team spirit, be a good manager, have good communication skills;
– Be honest and have good moral values;
