PrépaVogt is the very first school of the Saint John University Institute of Cameroon (IUSJC). With over 20 years of experience, it specializes in Integrated Preparatory Classes (CPI) and has established itself as a benchmark, even the leader in the sector in Cameroon and the sub-region. Its innovative training model is based on a structured program of two years in Cameroon and three years abroad. Students complete a common core curriculum of two years on the Eyang campus in Nkolbisson, located a few minutes from the PKO interchange on
the Yaoundé-Douala highway, before directly entering, without an entrance exam, the third year at one of the partner schools in France or Senegal. Thanks to this unique positioning, PrépaVogt has become a major player in the education sector, its reputation built on innovation, academic excellence, and continuous growth. L. Main Duties of the Position:
Participate in the academic management of academic programs;
Contribute to administrative coordination;
Monitor teachers;
Support the continuous improvement of teaching quality;
Participate in internal and external communication;
Contribute to the planning and development of academic syllabi;
Provide technical support for the organization of student internship defenses
and academic councils;
Participate in updating reporting indicators (
Performance Table) to monitor the academic progress of URAGERAL students
. II. Required Profile
II.1. Required Education and Experience
: ✓ Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac + 3) in one of the experimental science fields.
At least one (1) year of experience in one of the relevant fields;
Proven experience in the teaching field is considered an
additional asset.
II.2. Technical and Transversal Skills :
Ora and Labora
Proficiency in collaborative work platforms for monitoring grades, absences, and
learning resources;
Proficiency in word processing software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for formatting
technical reports or exam materials that may include complex formulas
;
Good writing skills:professional and academic writings;
Analytical skills to ensure rigorous monitoring of educational indicators;
Scientific background: understanding of the challenges of Civil Engineering and
General Engineering programs;
Rigor and organizational skills;
Ability to organize and manage events;
Languages: French and English.
III. Working Conditions
Location: Eyang campus, near Nkolbisson, a few minutes from the
Yaoundé-Douala highway interchange.
Contract type: probationary period with the possibility of a fixed-term contract, then a permanent contract.
