In compliance with the Group’s health, safety and environmental rules and HOLCIM’s CRISP values, the Sales Service Officer is responsible for:
Welcoming and supporting customers,
Issuing collection authorizations,
Improving CIMENCAM’s brand image
Processing customer orders
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming and informing customers,
Communicating the amount of customer collection capacity,
Receiving purchase orders for cash or forward purchases,
Processing and confirming customer orders (construction, export, employees, Binastore, Distributors and Special Authorizations), as well as deposits;
Issue and/or disapprove Collection Authorizations,
Send Collection Authorizations by SMS,
Plan Collection Authorizations,
Physically and digitally archive customer purchase orders,
Report incidents in the creation of orders and collection authorizations,
Clean up loading queues,
Track sales reconciliations,
Report on sales and daily activity.
Profile
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Bac+ 3 in Accounting, management economics, IT, marketing, or MCV
Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position
French and English
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Good knowledge of the operation of programs in accounting, commerce, sales.
