Reporting to: Head of Administrative Services/Head of Information Systems
Status and Contract Type: Internship or Fixed-Term Contract with a 3-month trial period.

MAIN DUTIES
Actively participate in the management of the Information System and the security of
IUPPC’s IT data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Secure data and the information system;
Participate in the management of the IT network;
Manage the digital documentation room and support users, and oversee the
digital infrastructure (hardware, software, bandwidth).
SKILLS
• Proficiency in network cabling
o Proficiency in equipment interconnection
• Proficiency in installing the
Windows operating system (Server or
Client system)
o Good knowledge of
software maintenance
o Basic knowledge of cloud computing

• Tolerant and patient o Strong interpersonal
