As part of our development, we are looking for an ambitious and visionary Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy and strengthen our market position.
Your mission: Drive ZENITHIS’s growth Reporting
directly to the General Management, you will play a key role in structuring, implementing, and managing the company’s sales and marketing activities through two strategic areas:
A. Marketing & Product Strategy
Monitoring and Analysis: Conduct market research, identify trends and opportunities, and monitor the competition.
Product/Service Strategy: Define the positioning of our products/services and build a differentiating value proposition.
360° Communication: Design and deploy the overall marketing plan (digital, content, events, public relations).
Acquisition & Leads: Implement acquisition campaigns (inbound & outbound marketing) to fuel the sales pipeline.
B. Business Development & Sales
Objectives & Performance: Define revenue, margin, and profitability targets, and monitor KPIs.
Sales & Negotiation: Directly manage strategic accounts and conduct complex negotiations.
Sales Structure: Implement sales processes and tools (CRM, reporting, sales materials) and ensure quality execution.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage a network of partners, distributors, or influencers. Desired Profile: Education & Experience: Master’s degree (or equivalent, MBA, Business School) with a specialization in Marketing, Sales Management, or Business Administration. 1 to 2 years of successful experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally in B2B or the digital sector. Prior experience in team management or sales coordination is a significant asset. Technical Skills : Sales Strategy: Strong understanding of complex sales cycles (B2B). Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of digital levers (SEO/SEA, content, social media, automation).
Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) and performance tracking (ROI).
Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing and sales budgets.
Language: Professional English (spoken and written) is essential.
