We are recruiting for a company in the agri-food sector two accounts payable clerks responsible for ensuring the reliability of supplier transaction processing and contributing to the control of financial flows in a structured agri-food environment.
Missions
- Ensure the accounting and control of supplier invoices (reconciliation, matching, invoices to be received)
- Monitor and analyze supplier accounts (reconciliation, matching, invoices to be received)
- Manage payments and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handling payment reminders and managing supplier disputes
- Produce monthly reports and contribute to reporting
- Working in conjunction with purchasing, logistics, treasury and management control
Environment / specifics of the position
Position at the heart of a demanding agri-industrial environment, involving:
- significant flows of suppliers (inputs, logistics, services)
- strong cross-functional interactions (purchasing, store, management control, treasury)
- compliance requirements (tax, HSE, internal procedures)
Desired profile
- Bac+2 to Bac+4 degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
- Experience in accounts payable (minimum 2 years recommended)
- Proficient in accounting tools and Excel
- Knowledge of a structured environment (industry, agriculture, distribution) is appreciated.
- Rigour, organisation and the ability to manage large volumes
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple people

Salary and benefits:
- Supervisory Agent position, net salary FCFA 200,000 to 250,000
- Medical coverage at 80%, after 6 months of service
- Annual bonus based on the company’s overall performance
