Main mission:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, your mission will be to guarantee an exceptional customer experience through
efficient, rapid and qualitative management of requests, complaints and needs expressed by customers on the various contact channels.
Job content:
Receive, analyze and process customer requests via telephone, email or in person.
Resolve complaints within the given timeframe or escalate them if necessary. Inform customers about products, services, and procedures according to current standards. Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and suggest areas for improvement. Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis. Update customer information in management tools. Prepare reports on processed requests and monitor service performance. Actively collaborate with the call center and other departments (Sales, Marketing, Claims, Development). Participate in the implementation of customer information campaigns. Report operational incidents and suggestions for improvement to management. Required profile Diploma: Bac+2/3 in Marketing, Sales, or related fields Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar customer relations role, ideally in the insurance, banking, or service sectors. Experience in outgoing calls would be an asset. Skills: Excellent listening and claims management skills Proficiency in customer relationship management tools (CRM, databases) Strong reporting and performance monitoring skills Good knowledge of insurance products and services Ability to analyze and synthesize customer situations Ability to use office tools (G-Suite) to produce relevant documents. Good written and oral skills in French and English.
