JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HR Manager, you will participate in the management of staff careers and performance, ensure payroll management, and contribute to the management of HR processes at BLESSING PETROLEUM SA.
MAIN DUTIES
Reporting to the Head of the Human Resources Department, your main duties will be as follows:
Ensure the implementation of HR procedures. Legal and regulatory requirements within the company:
Participate in defining and deploying career paths within the company:
> Participate in the implementation and evaluation of HR systems, processes and tools: Process
employee compensation:
> Participate in drafting and/or updating job descriptions;
– Ensure legal and social monitoring to maintain a positive social climate:
Ensure the company’s social activities and participate in internal communication: Participate in staff recruitment and support the integration of new recruits:
Ensure disciplinary follow-up of staff and day-to-day management actions:Β
– Ensure HR administrative drafting:
– Inform, guide and advise employees and their managers, based on the analysis of individual situations, on the rights and obligations of each:
PROFILE
Ensure the management of social benefits, Occupational Medicine and Health Insurance and related services for staff;
Maintaining up-to-date personnel files:
Participating in the development and production of management indicators (dashboards) and activity reports.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources Management, Law, Social Sciences, or another similar or related discipline
> At least 5 years of professional experience in the role >
Must be under 35 years of age >
Proficiency in labor law and payroll taxation >
Good command of operational HR management tools >
Excellent ability to develop dashboards and perform analyses > Payroll processing >
Regular and professional use of SAGEPAIE software and its suites.

> Experience in conducting social audits
> Knowledge of project management techniques
Continuous improvement, quality, and planning approach
> HR certifications (an asset for the candidate)
Knowledge:
> In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and payroll taxation > Proficiency in administrative management techniques
> Recruitment and personnel evaluation methods and techniques
Skills:
> Identifying anomalies, malfunctions, and risks related to HR activities > Advising and guiding employees on their rights, obligations, and the steps to take regarding their requests
> Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Analyzing individual and collective work situations and proposing appropriate solutions

Analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting data
