– Back Office Team Leader
– Fraud Team Leader.

– Back Office Team Leader:
You will be responsible for coordinating back office activities related to payment processing, managing teams, monitoring customer transactions, and continuously improving processing services.ย
– Fraud Team Leader
: You will lead anti-fraud monitoring activities, manage alerts and investigations, optimize detection systems, and manage teams dedicated to securing transactions.ย
– Desired profiles:
– Experience in electronic banking, digital payments, or operational supervision
– Leadership and team management skills
– Analytical mindset, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility
– Strong focus on service quality and continuous improvement
