The Community Manager is the company’s representative on the web. Their role is to unite and manage the community of Internet users around the company’s brands by animating social networks. They may be required to deploy on the ground during events to carry out live broadcasts.
Main missions
Strategy and management of online presence:
o Develop communication strategies on social networks aligned with customer objectives.
o Manage and animate online communities (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) on behalf of these brands.
o Ensure constant monitoring of trends and conversations related to these industries.
Content creation:
o Produce engaging and relevant content for the different platforms (texts, images, videos, stories, etc.).
o Adapt the tone and style of the content to the identity of each brand.
o Plan and organize the publication of content.
Interaction and engagement:
o Respond to comments, questions and messages from communities.
o Moderate conversations and manage potential bad buzz.
o Create links with influencers and opinion leaders.
Reporting and analysis:
o Monitor and analyze the performance of actions taken (number of followers, engagement rate, reach of publications, etc.).
o Produce regular reports to report results to clients.
o Adjust strategies based on observed data.
Required skills Mastery of social networks: In-depth knowledge of the codes, tools and best practices of each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Creativity and storytelling: Ability to design original, impactful content adapted to each target audience.
Excellent writing skills: Mastery of the French language (and ideally English) to produce quality, clear and concise texts.
Communication and listening skills: Ability to interact with communities, respond to questions and comments, and manage crisis situations.
Analytical and synthesis skills: Ability to interpret data, measure results and propose recommendations.
Organizational skills and rigor: Ability to manage several projects at the same time, meet deadlines and ensure rigorous monitoring.
