Technical skills
required: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, and dashboards) are mandatory.
A good understanding of REST APIs and the ability to read API documentation is essential.
Experience with Postman or equivalent testing is required. Basic
scripting skills (Python recommended) or equivalent language are necessary.
Familiarity with web environments and SaaS platforms is also required. Strong data analysis and structuring skills are essential.
• Required Profile
: Minimum of a 2-year post-secondary degree (Bac +2).
Preferred fields: Computer Science, Networks & Telecommunications, Data/Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience in: technical support, technical customer service, data analysis/reporting.
Experience in tracking/telematics and connected solutions (IoT, video, fleet).
