The Bank of Central African States (BEAC) has published a recruitment notice (No.: SEQ.001/2026) dated May 7, 2026, for its headquarters in Yaoundé.
This competition aims to recruit experienced staff to strengthen its Technical Services.
1. Positions Available
The recruitment concerns three specific technical profiles:
Zimbra Messaging System Administrator.
Jalios Platform Administrator.
OnBase (Hyland) Platform Administrator.
2. General Application Requirements
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Nationality: Be a national of a CEMAC member state (Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Chad).
Age: Maximum 40 years old on the application date. (This condition does not apply to current BEAC employees).
Experience: Demonstrate at least 3 years of proven professional experience in the chosen profile.
Integrity: Enjoy full civil rights and have no criminal record.
3. Required Profiles and Skills
All positions require a Bac+2/3 level of education in Computer Science or Information Systems. Proficiency in English is considered an asset for each role.
Job Title: Key Skills:
Zimbra
Linux system, Zimbra deployment, email protocols (SMTP, IMAP), scripting (Bash, Python), and GroupWise migration experience.
Jalios
Digital workplace configuration, Docker deployment, Java/Web environments, and business requirements analysis.
OnBase
OnBase administration (workflows, configuration), SQL, application integration (API), and process modeling.
